The 17-day Intensive Program suits individuals with shorter dependency histories who are voluntarily seeking help. Severity of addiction, substance type, and co-occurring mental health conditions all affect the recommended duration.
Can my family visit during treatment?
Family visits are permitted from day 45 onward. Phone contact is not permitted during the first 45 days of admission. Monthly family counseling sessions begin once the patient enters the residential therapy phase. These boundaries are clinical decisions that protect the patient’s focus during the most vulnerable phase of recovery.
Is the information shared at AMAR Home kept confidential?
Complete confidentiality is maintained for every patient. No patient information is shared with anyone outside the immediate family or legal guardian without explicit written consent. This policy extends to whether a patient is even admitted at all.
