A rehab center is a licensed medical facility that treats substance addiction through a structured combination of detox, therapy, behavioral support, and aftercare. Treatment typically follows three phases: stabilization (medically managed detox), rehabilitation (therapy and skill building), and aftercare (relapse prevention and community support). Most residential programs in Bangladesh run between 30 and 120 days depending on severity.
How much does rehab cost in Bangladesh?
Rehab center costs in Bangladesh range from 25,000 to 60,000 BDT per month for residential programs, depending on the facility, room type, and treatment intensity. At AMAR Home, the Long-Term Program runs 40,000 to 60,000 BDT monthly, with all core services included. Our 17-day Intensive Program costs 150,000 BDT total.
What is included in the rehab program fee at AMAR Home?
The program fee covers:

How long does drug rehabilitation take?
Most patients at AMAR Home complete the full Long-Term Program in approximately four months, including two months of structured aftercare. The 17-day Intensive Program suits individuals with shorter dependency histories who are voluntarily seeking help. Severity of addiction, substance type, and co-occurring mental health conditions all affect the recommended duration.
Can my family visit during treatment?
Family visits are permitted from day 45 onward. Phone contact is not permitted during the first 45 days of admission. Monthly family counseling sessions begin once the patient enters the residential therapy phase. These boundaries are clinical decisions that protect the patient’s focus during the most vulnerable phase of recovery.
Is the information shared at AMAR Home kept confidential?
Complete confidentiality is maintained for every patient. No patient information is shared with anyone outside the immediate family or legal guardian without explicit written consent. This policy extends to whether a patient is even admitted at all.

What is the admission process at AMAR Home?

After an initial assessment of the patient’s addiction history and medical status, the appropriate program is recommended. Admission is confirmed after the family agrees to the treatment plan and fee structure. The patient then enters the detox phase under medical supervision.
Does AMAR Home treat only male patients?
Yes. AMAR Home’s residential programs are currently designed for male patients. Our facility, staffing, and residential structure are built around male patient care. Families seeking treatment for female patients should contact us for referral guidance to appropriate licensed centers.
