Terms for Contacting AMAR Home
Nature of Initial Contact
When you contact AMAR Home by phone, WhatsApp, email, or through a website form, you are initiating an inquiry. This constitutes an expression of interest, not a binding agreement of any kind.
No treatment commitment, program enrollment, or financial obligation is created by the initial contact.
Accuracy of Information You Provide
When contacting AMAR Home, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information to the best of your ability. This includes information about the patient’s substance use history, medical background, and family situation.
Providing materially false or misleading information that affects clinical decisions may result in an inappropriate treatment plan and could cause harm. AMAR Home cannot be held responsible for clinical outcomes arising from inaccurate information provided by the patient or their family.
No Emergency Crisis Service
This website and our general contact channels are not a crisis helpline. AMAR Home does not provide emergency medical intervention or crisis response through this website.
If you or someone you know is in immediate medical danger, call the Bangladesh National Emergency Service at 999 or proceed to the nearest hospital emergency department immediately.
For addiction-related crisis support from AMAR Home, call us directly at +8801976-131313 during working hours.
Response Time
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during working days. We cannot guarantee a response time during public holidays or outside of working hours. Urgent situations should always be communicated by phone rather than email or website form.
Terms Governing Treatment Programs
Admission Agreement
All clinical terms, including treatment protocols, program rules, patient conduct expectations, payment schedules, and early discharge procedures, are governed by the AMAR Home Admission Agreement signed by the patient’s guardian at the time of admission.
These Terms and Conditions govern website use and general organizational interaction. They do not replace or supersede the Admission Agreement. In any conflict between these terms and the Admission Agreement, the Admission Agreement governs clinical and financial matters.
Program Eligibility
AMAR Home’s residential programs are available to male patients aged 18 and above. Eligibility is determined after an initial clinical assessment by our admission coordinator and medical team.
AMAR Home reserves the right to decline admission to any individual where clinical assessment determines that our programs are not suitable for their condition. In such cases, we will, where possible, suggest alternative appropriate facilities.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing information published on this website reflects our current standard rates. All pricing is in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
- Long-Term Program: 40,000 to 60,000 BDT per month
- Intensive Program: 150,000 BDT total for 17 days
- Dope Test: Contact us directly for current pricing
Prices are subject to change without prior notice on this website. The confirmed price for any specific patient is that which is stated in the signed Admission Agreement, not the website listing.
Payment Obligation
By signing the Admission Agreement, the guardian or responsible party commits to paying the agreed monthly fees for the duration of the program or until formal early discharge. Payment obligations survive early exit by the patient.
Non-payment of agreed fees after services have been delivered may result in legal recovery action under applicable Bangladesh law.
Refund Policy
Program fees paid in advance for a current period are not refundable if the patient exits the program early, regardless of the reason for exit. Fees paid for future periods that have not yet commenced will be addressed according to the specific terms in the Admission Agreement.
AMAR Home does not offer refunds for completed services.
Program Rules and Patient Conduct
Patients admitted to AMAR Home are required to comply with all program rules outlined in the Admission Agreement and communicated by the clinical team. These rules exist to protect the health and recovery of all patients in the program.
AMAR Home reserves the right to discharge a patient who:
- Poses a verified safety threat to other patients or staff
- Repeatedly and seriously violates program rules after documented warnings
- Requires a level of medical care that exceeds what AMAR Home can safely provide
In the event of a clinical discharge, the guardian is notified immediately and fees are adjusted according to the Admission Agreement terms.
Visiting and Communication Rules
No phone contact between patients and family is permitted during the first 45 days of admission. Family visits are permitted from day 45 onward. These rules are clinical decisions made in the interest of patient recovery and are non-negotiable.
Families who attempt to circumvent these rules, including by contacting patients through other patients’ devices or unauthorized channels, may jeopardize their family member’s treatment and may be requested to limit contact with the center.

It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendation. It is not a substitute for a professional clinical assessment by a qualified medical professional.
Never make clinical decisions based solely on information read on this website. Always consult a qualified doctor, psychiatrist, or addiction specialist for advice specific to your situation.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
AMAR Home does not guarantee any specific treatment outcome, recovery rate, or clinical result for any patient.
Our published 55% sobriety rate at two-year follow-up reflects aggregated outcomes across 1,154 patients treated since 2012. It is a measure of historical program performance, not a prediction or guarantee for any individual patient.
Addiction treatment outcomes depend on many factors including the type and severity of addiction, the patient’s medical history, co-occurring mental health conditions, family environment, and the patient’s own engagement with the program. AMAR Home is not liable for outcomes that fall short of a patient’s or family’s expectations where those expectations were based on general statistics rather than individual clinical assessment.

This website does not provide emergency medical services. If a person is in immediate danger due to substance use, overdose, or withdrawal, call 999 (Bangladesh National Emergency Service) or go to the nearest hospital emergency department immediately.
